Who Do Students Contact for Support?

Students can email Tech Support directly from Courseware. Just click the Tech Support link at the bottom of each page.

Students can then see the browsers that Courseware supports, along with their own System Information. Clicking the "Send Information to Tech Support" button on the bottom right will open an email to Tech Support, which is pre-populated with necessary information.
